Return Policy

Purr-fect Fence is confident that you will be highly satisfied with the quality of our fence products, accessories and tools.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will accept unused material in original packaging at any time within 30 days of shipment.

Upon receipt of returned products, customers will be credited the full amount of their purchase price less shipping.

Following this 30 day period, a 20% re-stocking fee will be incurred for all returned product.

To make a return, please call Customer Service at 1-800-769-9722. Items sent back by any other method cannot be guaranteed for a refund.
