I put the fence up by myself, I did run into difficulties here and there so it took me several weeks but I persevered and am very happy with the end result. When I ran into issues, I emailed customer support and they were prompt in their replies and very helpful.
It makes my heart happy to see my cats outside enjoying life, giving them access to venture outdoors when they so desire has made them so much happier, and us humans as well.
The door was very easy to assemble, I am quite pleased with the final look. The cats love it as well!
My cats took to the cat tree right away and have enjoyed it almost everyday since we put it up. I added a couple of larger perches for them as they are Maine Coons.
No escapes in over 6 years - our cats are safe, but outside day and night enjoying the garden, which is enriched with cat trees, lots of shrubs and vegetation for hiding in and log piles. The fence was straightforward to install, and customer service was great. We have extended the fence over time and it is easy to order individual items from Purrfect. Highly recommended.
